Please save your used stamps as before, leave in church or pass on to Joyce Brown. This year's project is to support an outreach programme among the Roma people in the Czech Replublic, a minority who live on the edge of society. They are subject to various forms of discrimination and prejudice. They suffer from a lack of educational opportunities. The projects being run include pre-school education, a drop-in centre, evening classes, social events and home care services.

You can show Christ's love to the Roma people. It's amzing what you can do with just a stamp ! This year it is hoped to help young girls who have dropped out of main stream education due to financial hardship, gender and caste discrimination. The Scottish University Missionaries in Kalimpong has helped a few of these young girls to return to school and continue their education - despite being a boys' school.
Our challenge is to help the school, which is an institution of the Church of North India's Diocese of the Eastern Himalayas, deliver first class education for these young girls. You can help improve their quality of life, education and development potential simply by collecting your used stamps. Please pass on to Joyce Brown.
