Meets every Friday evening in the church hall and is for anyone is P7 - S3.This type of club is different from others we are involved in, there is no Bible/teaching time involved. It exists to allow the young folk and leaders chat together, play Playstation, pool, darts or just chat over a coffee. The aim is to provide a warm, safe place for the young folks of Inverkip to meet and chat with their friends and leaders.

Meets Sunday evenings 6.30 - 8.30 pm in the Church Hall
What is RS2?
RS2 is the newest section of Inverkip Youth Projects. Part of a national programme, our group in Inverkip learns about the Bible and explores the Christian faith through different activities, which can be interesting at times! Have you ever tried to go under a table without touching the floor?!
The programme lasts about an hour however, we all meet at 6.30 pm and have some food together and have a chat! The girls do this particularly well while drinking hot chocolate. The boys talk equally as much but shut up briefly when the food appears!
We do have set material that we use, however some weeks we will occasionally sit and chat, watch a film or go outside for a walk...or even a fire! |

Meets Weekly Every Friday 3.30 - 4.45 pm in the School Hall
How it all began
Rock Solid in Inverkip first opened in September 2000 with 13 young people attending. This followed on from a hugely successful project run by Inverclyde YFC - Summer Playscheme 2000. We continue to delivery a fast-moving Christian based children's club for between 20 - 35 young folk every week.
Rock Solid Aim
To introduce the Christian faith to P5 - P7 pupils in a fun and relevant way. This is done through a fast-moving programme designed especially for Rock Solid Inverkip.
